A non alcoholic Apple cocktail with unfiltered Apple Juice

    Seedlip Garden 108 Alcohol Free Spirit, 70cl
    2oz
  • Unfiltered apple juice
    2oz
  • Lemon juice
    0.5oz
  • Maple syrup
    0.5oz
  • Soda water
    3oz

Equipment

  • High Ball
  • Jigger
  • Peeler or knife

Method

Ice

Add all ingredients except soda water to a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake & Strain

Shake & strain into a chilled highball glass Top with soda & add fresh ice.

Garnish

Garnish with an Apple fan
