  • Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve
    Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve Blended Scotch Whisky, 70cl
    1.5oz
  • Apple juice
    2.5oz
  • Soda water
    2.5oz
  • Rosemary sprig and dehydrated apple wheel to serve
  • Ice
2 units of alcohol per serving

  • Highball glass
  • Jigger
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Strainer

Method

Step 1

Using a jigger, add 50ml of Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve to a highball glass with cubed ice. 

Step 2

Add the soda water and apple juice.

Step 3

Garnish with a dehydrated (or fresh) apple wheel and rosemary sprig.
