- London Dry Gin1.5oz
- Triple Sec0.75oz
- Lemon Juice0.75oz
- Lemon Peel1
- Grenadine0.25oz
2.6 units of alcohol per serving
Equipment
- 1 x Martini glass
- 1 x Knife
- 1 x Jigger
- 1 x Ice
- 1 x Blender
- 1 x Strainer
Method
Ice
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Pour
Using a jigger, measure 50ml London Dry Gin, 25ml triple sec and 25ml lemon juice into the shaker.
Mix
Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.Strain into a martini glass using a cocktail strainer.
Garnish
With a sharp knife and a chopping board, cut a piece of lemon peel and twist it over the rim of the glass to garnish.
