  • Tall glass
  • Jigger
  • Ice
  • Knife

Method

Ice

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

Pour

Using a jigger, measure 50ml London Dry Gin into the glass. Top up with 125ml grapefruit juice.

Garnish

Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a wedge of grapefruit.
