Bramble Cocktail Recipe

Gin
Author: The Bar Team
Two bramble cocktails with blackberry and lemon garnishes sit on a table next to a copper cocktail shaker.

The Bramble is a modern cocktail classic that perfectly balances bold botanical gin with bright citrus and juicy berry sweetness. Originally created in 1980s London by legendary bartender Dick Bradsell, this vibrant drink combines crisp gin, fresh lemon juice, and a touch of sugar syrup, all crowned with a float of rich blackberry liqueur for striking color and flavor. Served over crushed ice and garnished with fresh berries and a lemon slice, the Bramble is as beautiful to behold as it is is to sip - an ideal choice for summer evenings, garden parties, or anytime you want a cocktail that’s both elegant and approachable.
