- Bulleit Bourbon Frontier Whiskey1.5oz
- Ginger Beer1.5oz
- Fresh lemon juice0.75oz
- Peach Liqueur0.75oz
- Demerara syrup0.25oz
- Ice
2.1 units of alcohol per serving
Equipment
- 1 x Highball glass
- 1 x Jigger
- 1 x Cocktail shaker
- 1 x Spoon
Method
Mix
Using a jigger, measure all ingredients except the ginger beer and add to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake until the shaker is cold to touch.
Strain
Strain into a highball or rocks glass mixed with crushed ice, and add ginger beer.
Garnish
Garnish with your choice of garnish and enjoy.
