  • Lime juice

  • Orange juice
    75ml
  • Pineapple juice
    75ml
  • Grenadine
    15ml
  • Pineapple wedge

  • Orange wedge

  • Mint sprig
    1
  • Ice

Equipment

  • Highball glass
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Skewer

Method

Ice cubes scooped into a copper cocktail shaker.

Step 1

Fill a cocktail shaker with cubes of ice

Add the rums, juices and grenadine to the cocktail shaker
