Ingredients
- Baileys® Original Irish Cream Liqueur50ml
- Smirnoff Vodka25ml
- Espresso25ml
- Coffee beans3ml
- Ice
Equipment
- Martini glass
- Strainer
- Cocktail Shaker
- Jigger
Method
Step 1
Add cubes of ice to a cocktail shaker.
Step 2
Using a jigger, add the Baileys, vodka and espresso into the cocktail shaker.
Step 3
Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled. Use a cocktail strainer to strain the mixture into a martini glass.
Step 4
Add three coffee beans on top of the drink to garnish.
