Inspired by the classic Rob Roy, Remember Me is a tribute to resilience, reinvention, and second chances. Built with Johnnie Walker Black Label, an in-house sweet mulled vermouth, and Italian herbal bitters, the cocktail brings together warmth, spice, and festive depth while honouring the timeless elegance of the original classic.

  • Johnnie Walker Black Label
    50ml
  • In-house Sweet Mulled Vermouth
    25ml
  • Italian Herbal Bitter (Fernet)
    3 Dashes

Method

  1. Step 1

    Add Johnnie Walker Black Label, in-house sweet mulled vermouth, and herbal bitters into a mixing glass with ice.

  2. Step 2

    Stir until well chilled and balanced.

  3. Step 3

    Strain into a chilled long-stemmed cocktail glass.

  4. Step 4

    Garnish with grapefruit peel and star anise made from leftover mulled vermouth ingredients.
