Built with Johnnie Walker Black Label and bread-infused milk whey, the cocktail is light and textured, balancing nostalgia with precision and modern technique.

  • Johnnie Walker Black Label
    45ml
  • Bread-Infused Milk Whey
    25ml
  • Simple Syrup
    10ml
  • Saline
    3 Drops
  • Chilled Soda
    90ml

Method

  1. Step 1

    Add Johnnie Walker Black Label, bread-infused milk whey, simple syrup, and saline into a chilled highball glass with ice.

  2. Step 2

    Stir gently to combine and chill.

  3. Step 3

    Top up with chilled soda.

  4. Step 4

    Stir lightly again and serve cold.
