Espresso Martini Cocktail

The espresso martini cocktail is commonly featured on menus due to its dual identity as a coffee-based drink. Known for bridging the gap between dessert-style beverages and standard shaken cocktails, it is most suitable for serving during evening events and after-dinner services. Its composition integrates brewed liquids into the chilled drink without compromising taste, and is often highlighted for its foam structure and shaking technique. Its adaptability for alcohol-free versions and flavoured variations further makes the classic drink a wider and versatile choice.

Tips & Suggestions
Preparation Tip
Use freshly brewed, unsweetened coffee to maintain flavour balance; avoid instant varieties, as they do not provide the much taste or crema required for a frothy cocktail.
Serving Tip
Avoid using dark roast coffee beans as garnish, as their oil coating can break the foam layer and affect the surface clarity of the coffee-based cocktail.
