Iced Tea Recipe Serves: 4 Prep time: 10 minutes (+ cooling time)
Ingredients
4 black tea bags (English Breakfast works perfectly)
1 litre boiling water
2 tbsp caster sugar (optional)
1 lemon, sliced (also optional - or swap out for peach or mango slices)
Method
Add the tea bags to a heatproof jug and pour over the boiling water
Brew for 3–5 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea
Remove the tea bags and stir in the sugar and add lemon slices while the tea is still warm (if you prefer unsweetened, plain Iced Tea then just remove the tea bags)
Leave to cool, then chill in the fridge until cold
