0.9 units of alcohol per serve
Equipment
1 x Shot glass
1 x Mixing Bowl
1 x Whisk
1 x Bar spoon
1 x Jigger
Method
Pour
Using a jigger, measure 50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream into a shot glass.
Mix
Using a fork or beater, whip double cream until it forms peaks.
Add 1 tbsp whipped cream to the glass.
Scatter with 1 tbsp hundreds-and-thousands candy sprinkles.
