Based on rich, creamy, original Baileys that’s topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with hundreds and thousands, The Birthday Cake cocktail recipe is simple to create and tastes delicious. Make a wish as you take a sip!

0.9 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Shot glass  
  • 1 x Mixing Bowl
  • 1 x Whisk
  • 1 x Bar spoon
  • 1 x Jigger

Method

Pour

Using a jigger, measure 50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream into a shot glass.

Mix

Using a fork or beater, whip double cream until it forms peaks. Add 1 tbsp whipped cream to the glass.

Step 3

Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
