The Princess & the Pirate

Do rum and Baileys go together? The answer, quite simply, is yes! Try this delicious cocktail that brings together Baileys, rum and whipped cream. This recipe uses Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold Spirit Drink, but you can swap for a dark rum.

Equipment

  • 1 x Tumbler glass
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Cocktail shaker
  • 1 x Whisk
  • 1 x Strainer

Method

  • Step 1

    Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

  • Step 2
    Using a jigger, measure all liquid ingredient sand add to the shaker. Shake until the surface of your shaker feels cold to touch,
  • Step 3
    Use a cocktail strainer to strain the mixture into a tumbler.
  • Garnish

    Using a fork or beater, whip double cream until it forms peaks. Add 1 tbsp whipped cream to the glass. Scatter with 1bsp chocolate sprinkles to finish.

  • Grab a bite

    Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
