The Princess & the Pirate Cocktail Recipe
This serve means bringing together luxurious cream liqueur and a dash of spiced rum into creamy smooth sailing. With rum, Baileys, chocolate, and whipped cream working together, you're sure to enjoy every flavour.
What you’ll need
Ingredients
- Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur25ml
- Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold Spirit Drink25ml
- 1 tbsp whipped cream
- 1 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
- Ice
Equipment
- Tumbler glass
- Jigger
- Cocktail shaker
- Whisk
- Strainer
Method
Step 1
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Step 2
Using a jigger, measure all liquid ingredients and add to the shaker. Shake until the surface of your shaker feels cold to touch.
Step 3
Use a cocktail strainer to strain the mixture into a tumbler.
Garnish
Using a fork or beater, whip double cream until it forms peaks. Add 1 tbsp whipped cream to the glass. Scatter with 1bsp chocolate sprinkles to finish.
