Smirnoff Brooklyn

Russel Hobbs is from Brooklyn, straight up (no ice) and whilst the modern Manhattan sits on the darker side, Hobbs is here to lighten things up with a twist on the OG Smirnoff vodka original recipe… Hold the cherry.

Ingredients

How many serves?

2.5 units of alcohol per serve

1

  • 50mlSmirnoff Vodka

  • 25mlSweet Vermouth

  • 2dashes Angostura bitter

  • Chili slices

  • Whole large red chili

Equipment

  • 1 x Martini glass
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Strainer
  • 1 x Mixing glass
  • 1 x Stirrer

Method

  • Measure

    Measure both Smirnoff Vodka and Vermouth in jigger and pour cocktail ingredients into mixing glass with ice. 

  • Season it

    Add 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters and 2-3 slices of chilli. 

  • Stir & Strain

    Stir down until cold and strain into a cold martini glass. 

  • Garnish

    Garnish with whole chili
