Inspired by Wimbledon fever, Ash has created a new drink that captures the spirit of this classic British event, with fresh, clean Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka and a sweet–sour mix of fresh strawberries plus cranberry juice.

Ingredients

Serves:

  • 50mlVodka

  • 5piecesStrawberries

  • 20mlVanilla Syrup

  • 150mlCranberry Juice

1.9 units of alcohol per serve

Equipment

  • 1 x Short glass

  • 1 x Muddler

  • 1 x Knife

  • 1 x Bar Spoon

  • 1 x Jigger

  • 1 x Crushed Ice

Method

  • Pour

    Press down with a muddler on 3 strawberries to extract the juice and the flavour.

    Using a jigger, measure 50ml vodka and 20ml vanilla syrup into the glass. 

     

  • Mix

    Fill the glass with crushed ice, and stir the drink with a bar spoon.

    Top up the glass with 150ml cranberry juice.

     

  • Garnish

    Place 2 strawberries on top of the drink to garnish.

  • Grab a bite

    Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
