Ash Bovey's Game, Set, Match Cocktail Recipe

Inspired by Wimbledon fever, Ash has created a new drink that captures the spirit of this classic British event, with fresh, clean Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka and a sweet–sour mix of fresh strawberries plus cranberry juice.
What you’ll need

- 50ml
- Strawberries5
- Vanilla Syrup20ml
- Cranberry Juice150ml
1.9 units of alcohol per serving
Equipment
- 1 x Short glass
- 1 x Muddler
- 1 x Knife
- 1 x Bar Spoon
- 1 x Jigger
- 1 x Crushed Ice
Method
Pour
Press down with a muddler on 3 strawberries to extract the juice and the flavour. Using a jigger, measure 50ml vodka and 20ml vanilla syrup into the glass.
Mix
Fill the glass with crushed ice, and stir the drink with a bar spoon. Top up the glass with 150ml cranberry juice.
Garnish
Place 2 strawberries on top of the drink to garnish.
