Two mudslide cocktails

A decadent blend of Baileys, vodka and sugar syrup, the Mudslide is basically dessert in a glass.

What you’ll need

Ingredients

Serves:

2 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Coupe glass
  • Jigger
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Spoon

Method

Step 1

Using a jigger, measure all ingredients and them to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake until the base of the shaker feels cold to touch.

Step 2

Swirl chocolate syrup around the glass (optional).

Step 3

Strain into a coupe or hurricane glass.

Step 4

Garnish with your choice of garnish and enjoy!
