Mango Fizz Cocktail Recipe

Mango Fizz

The tropical taste of mango combines with mint, lime and fiery Ginger Ale to create a deliciously zesty long drink.

What you’ll need

Ingredients

  • Ginger Ale
    125ml
  • Mint Leaves
    6
  • Mango Pureé
    25ml
  • Sugar Syrup
    25ml

Equipment

  • 1 x Tall glass
  • 1 x Muddler
  • 1 x Bar Spoon
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Ice

Method

Pour

Clap the mint in you palms to releases the aromas and place at the bottom of the tall glass. Add your sugar syrup and mango puree on top of the mint.

Ice

Fill your glass 3/4 full with crushed ice (important to use crushed Ice to ensure maximum flavour).

Mix

Stir everything together well and top with further crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
