Gin and Ginger Ale
Delicious spicy and subtly sweet, gin and ginger ale - otherwise known as a gin buck - is a simple but punchy serve.

50mlLondon Dry Gin
125mlGinger Ale
One wedge of lime
Ice
Equipment
- 1 x Highball glass
- 1 x Jigger
Method
Step 1
Using a jigger, measure 50ml London Dry Gin and pour into a tall glass filled with ice.
Step 2
Top up with 125ml ginger ale or more to your taste.Step 3
Cut a wedge of lime for a garnish. Squeeze and drop into glass and serve.Grab a bite

It's all about personal preferences, but we'd recommend using a London Dry Gin. However, you can swap this for another premium gin like Tanqueray No. TEN.
