Gin Buck: Gin and Ginger Ale Cocktail Recipe

Delicious spicy and subtly sweet, gin and ginger ale - otherwise known as a gin buck - is a simple but punchy serve.

What you’ll need

  • London Dry Gin
    Tanqueray London Dry Gin, 70cl
    50ml
  • Ginger Ale
    125ml
  • One wedge of lime
    1
  • Ice
2 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Highball glass
  • Jigger

Method

Step 1

Using a jigger, measure 50ml London Dry Gin and pour into a tall glass filled with ice.

Step 2

Top up with 125ml ginger ale or more to your taste.

Step 3

Cut a wedge of lime for a garnish. Squeeze and drop into glass and serve.
