  • 50mlJohnnie Walker Black Label

  • 25mlLemon juice

  • 15mlHoney

  • 60mlBoiling water

  • Dash of Angostura Bitters

  • Clove pieces

  • Cinnamon stick and star anise to garnish

Equipment

  • 1 x Heatproof glass
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Spoon
  • 1 x Kettle

Method

  • Mix

    Using a jigger, measure all liquid ingredients and add to a heat-proof glass.

  • Stir

    Stir to combine.

  • Garnish

    Garnish with a cinnamon stick and star anise.
