Johnnie Walker Apple Highball Cocktail Recipe

A crisp long drink that's a flawless mix of apple juice, soda water and the star of the show: Johnnie Walker Gold Label.

- Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve50ml
- Apple juice75ml
- Soda water75ml
- Rosemary sprig and dehydrated apple wheel to serve
- Ice
2 units of alcohol per serving
Equipment
- Highball glass
- Jigger
- Cocktail shaker
- Strainer
Method
Step 1
Using a jigger, add 50ml of Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve to a highball glass with cubed ice.
Step 2
Add the soda water and apple juice.
Step 3
Garnish with a dehydrated (or fresh) apple wheel and rosemary sprig.
