Find out the secret to making the best Irish coffee, an iconic blend of Irish whiskey, sweetened coffee and decadent whipped cream.

75mlHot Coffee
1 tsp Demerara Sugar
Double whipped cream to top
Grated nutmeg to garnish
Equipment
- 1 x Irish coffee glass
- 1 x Jigger
- 1 x Bar spoon
- 1 x Grater
- 1 x Means to whip cream
Method
Step 1
Using a jigger, measure all ingredients (except the cream) and add to an Irish coffee glass.
Step 2
Gently stir to dissolve sugar.
Step 3
Top with whipped cream and grated nutmeg.
