Irish Coffee
Find out the secret to making the best Irish coffee, an iconic blend of Irish whiskey, sweetened coffee and decadent whipped cream.

- Roe And Co Irish Whiskey40ml
- Hot Coffee75ml
- 1 tsp Demerara Sugar
- Double whipped cream to top
- Grated nutmeg to garnish
2 units of alcohol per serving
Equipment
- Irish coffee glass
- Jigger
- Bar spoon
- Grater
- Means to whip cream
Method
Step 1
Using a jigger, measure all ingredients (except the cream) and add to an Irish coffee glass.
Step 2
Gently stir to dissolve sugar.
Step 3
Top with whipped cream and grated nutmeg.
