Roe & Co is a new premium blended Irish whiskey, named in honour of George Roe, a true pioneer of Irish whiskey. The signature smoothness of Irish whiskey with remarkable depth of flavour, Roe & Co is a masterful blend of rich malt and the smoothest of grain whiskies aged in 100% bourbon casks. The high proportion of first-fill bourbon casks gives notes of creamy vanilla balanced with its hints of fruit and soft spice and a remarkable depth for such an elegant and refined whiskey. Developed by science and trade, with over 30 years experience from our Master Blender Caroline Martin and the input from some of Ireland’s top bartenders to get the best liquid for cocktails and mixed drinks.

Serving Suggestion

Perfect neat or with fresh apple and sparkling water or as an Irish twist on an Old Fashioned.

Ingredients:

40ml Roe & Co

20ml Fresh Cloudy Apple Juice

80-100ml Sparkling Water

Method:

Fill your tall glass with ice, pour in the Roe & Co, add in your fresh apple juice and fill to the top with sparkling water. Dust pear with ground cinnamon and caramelise for garnish.

Our label is representative of the beautiful pear tree and tower which still remain to this day from the George Roe distillery in the Liberties, Dublin.
