Gordon's Pink Paloma

The classic no-fuss summer cocktail gets a gin makeover. Fruity and sweet with sour notes, the Gordon's Pink Paloma uses a gin twist and is bursting with fragrant flavour.

Ingredients

How many serves?

2.2 units of alcohol per serve

  • 50mlPremium Pink Distilled Gin

  • 150mlPink Grapefruit Soda

  • Pink Grapefruit Wedge

  • Maldon Salt (for glass rim)

Equipment

  • 1 x Highball Glass
  • 1 x Plate (for salt)
  • 1 x Stirrer
  • 1 x Chopping Board
  • 1 x Knife

Method

  • Prepare the glass

    Use a wedge of passionfruit to run across the rim of a highball glass.

  • Add the salt

    Roll the edge of the glass in a plate of salt. 

    (You don't have to do this, but it really brings out the flavour)

  • Pour

    Add both your 50ml Pink Premium Distilled Gin and Pink Grapefruit Soda to the glass filled with ice.

  • Stir

    Give your cocktail a stir.

  • Garnish

    Add your finishing flourish with a wedge of pink grapefruit - and you're ready to serve.
