Method

Pour

Add 40ml Gin 0.0% to a wine glass with 15ml elderflower cordial. Fill your wine glass with ice before topping your cocktail with deliciously balanced Fever-Tree White Grape & Apricot Soda.

Mix

Give it a gentle stir and garnish with a fresh mint sprig. The more ice in your spritz, the longer your drink will stay chilled. The less ice, the quicker it will dilute. So, make sure you’ve got plenty in there!
