Vodka and Orange Juice Recipe

Combine zesty orange juice with cool, crisp vodka for a delicious version of one of the best-known mixed drinks.

2 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Tall glass
  • 1 x Knife
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Chopping Board
  • 1 x Ice

Method

Ice

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

Pour

Using a jigger, measure 50ml vodka into a tall glass. Top up with 125ml orange juice.

Garnish

With a sharp knife, cut a wedge of a fresh orange on a chopping board and place in drink to garnish.
