Also known as Gin and Juice, this simple-to-make, popular drink switches in orange juice for the more commonly used soda for a tasty mix that is incredibly easy to make.

  • London Dry Gin
    Gordon's London Dry Gin, 70cl
    50ml
  • Orange juice
    125ml
  • Slice orange
    1

  • Tall glass
  • Ice
  • Jigger
  • Knife
  • Chopping Board

Method

Pour

Using a jigger, measure 50ml London Dry Gin and pour into a tall glass over ice cubes. Top up with 125ml orange juice. 

Garnish

Use a chopping board and a sharp knife to cut an orange slice or a twist. Squeeze and drop into glass and serve.
