Vodka and Ginger Ale Recipe

The sweet ginger flavour adds an extra layer to the smooth, clean taste of vodka. Ideal for a summer’s evening, it also works in winter thanks to the warming flavours.

- 50ml
- Ginger Ale125ml
- Lime wedge1
1.9 units of alcohol per serving
Equipment
- 1 x Tall glass
- 1 x Knife
- 1 x Jigger
- 1 x Chopping board
- 1 x Ice
Method
Pour
Use a jigger to measure 50ml vodka and pour into a tall glass over ice cubes. Top up with 125ml ginger ale.
Garnish
Using a chopping board and a sharp knife, cut a lime wedge for a garnish. Squeeze and drop into glass and serve.
Step 3
Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
