Vodka & Apple Juice Cocktail Recipe

A simple and tasty aperitif, vodka and apple juice is an elegant, tart mixed drink that can be garnished with a slice of apple for extra effect.

- 50ml
- Apple Juice125ml
- Apple slice1
1.9 units of alcohol per serving
Equipment
- 1 x Tall glass
- 1 x Knife
- 1 x Jigger
- 1 x Chopping board
- 1 x Ice
Method
Pour
Use a jigger to measure 50ml vodka and 125ml apple juice. Pour into a tall glass over ice cubes.
Garnish
Using a sharp knife cut a slice of apple on a chopping board, drop into glass and serve.
Step 3
Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
