Bartender Karina Sánchez Huitrón has created a Tequila Old Fashioned that is set to wow all who taste it. Grapefruit bitters enliven the glass, while smoky, aged Añejo gives it body and makes it a sneaky twist to the original.

Serves:

2 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Rocks glass
  • 1 x Mixing glass
  • 1 x Stirrer
  • 1 x Ice

Method

Step 1

Using a jigger, add all ingredients to a mixing glass over ice. Stir until thoroughly chilled. 

Step 2

Strain into a rocks glass over a large-format ice cube. 

Garnish

Garnish with an orange peel.
