If you've ever thought of swapping the tequila in a Margarita to vodka, you've thought of a Kamikaze. It's citrussy, sweet taste comes to the fore thanks to vodka's neutral flavour profile.

2.9 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Martini glass
  • Jigger
  • Spoon

Method

Step 1

Using a jigger, measure all ingredients and them to an ice-filled martini glass.

Step 2

Stir slowly to combine.

Step 3

Garnish with a lime and enjoy.
