Pink Gin Cocktail Recipe

A mix of London Dry Gin and Angostura bitters, the Pink Gin is delicate-looking, delicious, and about as simple as a cocktail gets.

- London Dry Gin15ml
- Raspberry Liqueur15ml
- Lemon Juice10ml
- Sugar Syrup5ml
3.8 units of alcohol per serving
Method
Ice
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Pour
Using a jigger, measure 15ml London Dry Gin, 15ml raspberry liqueur, 10ml lemon juice and 5ml sugar syrup into the shaker.
Mix
Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled. Use a cocktail strainer to strain into a tall glass filled with cubed ice.
