Pina Colada cocktail

This creamy Pina Colada is a combination of rich coconut syrup, double cream, rum and sweet pineapple in a harmonious blend. Garnished with a pineapple wedge, every sip tastes like a holiday.

What you’ll need

Ingredients

  • Captain Morgan White Rum
    50ml
  • Coconut syrup
    30ml
  • Double cream
    30ml
  • Lime juice
    20ml
  • Pineapple juice
    75ml
  • Pineapple slice or maraschino cherry to garnish
  • Ice
1.9 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Highball glass
  • Jigger
  • Chopping Board
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Bar spoon

Method

Pour

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the surface of the shaker feels chilled.

Finish

Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.

Garnish

Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
