Frozen Banana Daiquiri

Bring on the bananas! The Frozen Banana Daiquiri cocktail is ripe for a revival with its delicious mix of clear, clean white rum, crushed ice and best of all – bananas.

What you’ll need

Ingredients

  • Captain Morgan® White Rum
    60ml
  • Banana Liqueur
    30ml
  • Lime juice
    15ml
  • Banana
    1ml
2.8 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Hurricane glass
  • 1 x Blender
  • 1 x Chopping Board
  • 1 x Ice
  • 1 x Knife
  • 1 x Mixer

Method

Pour

Using a knife and chopping board, slice one ring from a whole banana, and cut a slit halfway through the diameter. Add 60ml Captain Morgan White Rum, 30ml banana liqueur, 15ml lime juice, the rest of the banana and cubes of ice into a blender.

Mix

Switch on the blender and combine the ingredients. Pour into a Hurricane glass.

Garnish

Take the banana slice and slot onto on the edge of the glass.
