Jungle Bird Cocktail Recipe

An exotic cocktail with an enchanting mix of dark rum, sweet pineapple, bitter Campari, and a hint of lime, the Jungle Bird is a bittersweet medley of tropical flavours.

- Captain Morgan Dark Rum45ml
- Campari15ml
- Pineapple juice45ml
- Lime juice15ml
- Sugar syrup10ml
- Ice
2.2 units of alcohol per serving
Method
Pour
Using a jigger, measure all ingredients and pour into your cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well.
Shake
Shake and double strain into a rocks glass.
Garnish
None needed! But feel free to use a wedge of pineapple for a tropical finishing touch if you prefer.
