Don's Daiquiri Cocktail Recipe

This simple sweet-but-sour serve really lets the unique flavours of Don Papa rum shine.

What you’ll need

Ingredients

Serves:

  • Don Papa Rum
    45ml
  • Fresh lime juice
    45ml
  • Agave syrup
    15ml
  • Dash of bitters
  • Lime wheel to garnish
  • Ice
2 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Coupe glass
  • Jigger
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Strainer
  • Spoon

Method

Step 1

Using a jigger, measure all ingredients and add them to an ice-filled shaker. Shake vigorously.

Step 2

Strain into a margarita or coupe glass.

Step 3

Garnish with a lime wheel.
