If you're looking for a simple serve where tequila takes centre stage, this is it. Tall, simple and fizzy - it's fresh and effervescent.

What you’ll need

Ingredients

2 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Rocks glass
  • 1 x Cocktail shaker
  • 1 x Ice

Method

Shake

Add ingredients to a shaker. Muddle and then add ice and shake.

Pour

Pour into a rocks glass and top up with sparkling water. 

Garnish

Garnish with a mint sprig.
