    Ketel One Vodka, 70cl
    1oz
  • Passionfruit liqueur
    0.5oz
  • Lemon juice
    0.5oz
  • Pineapple juice
    1.5oz
  • Vanilla syrup
    10
1.5 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Coupette glass
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Bar spoon

Method

Pour

Using a jigger, measure all ingredients and pour into your cocktail shaker.  Add ice and shake well. 

Shake

Shake and double strain into a coupette glass.

Garnish

None needed! But feel to use half of a passionfruit for a little flair.
