- Lime juice1.5oz
- Orange juice2.5oz
- Pineapple juice2.5oz
- Grenadine0.5oz
- Pineapple wedge1
- Orange wedge1
- Mint sprig1
- Ice

- Highball glass
- Cocktail shaker
- Cocktail strainer

Method

Step 1
Fill a cocktail shaker with cubes of ice

Step 2
Add the rums, juices and grenadine to the cocktail shaker

Step 3
Shake the mixture vigorously in the cocktail shaker until the surface of the shaker feels chilled

Step 4
Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice

Step 5
Garnish with a skewered pineapple and orange wedge, and a sprig of mint
