Lagavulin 16
Lagavulin 16 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 70cl
0.5oz
Honey syrup
0.75oz
Lemon juice
0.75oz
Slice of lemon or candied ginger

2.5 units of alcohol per serving

Using a jigger, measure the liquid ingredients and add to a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake and fine strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.

Garnish with a slice of lemon or candied ginger pieces.
