- Caramelised Onion Chutney tsp splash sprinkle sprig twist dash2
- Demerara Sugar Syrup0.25oz
- Johnnie Walker Black1.5oz
- Black Walnut Bitters dash0oz
- Distilled Vinegar0oz
2 units of alcohol per serving
Method
Pour
In a glass, add the chutney, 50 ml Johnnie Walker Black and the Demerara Sugar Syrup.
Ice
Then add two ice cubes.
Mix
Stir until ice is half melted. Add the rest of the ingredients. Add more ice and stir until mixed.
