  • Caramelised Onion Chutney tsp splash sprinkle sprig twist dash

  • Demerara Sugar Syrup
    0.25oz
  • Johnnie Walker Black
    Johnnie Walker Black Label Blended Scotch Whisky, 70 Cl
    1.5oz
  • Black Walnut Bitters dash
    0oz
  • Distilled Vinegar
    0oz
2 units of alcohol per serving

  • 1 x Glassware - whisky glass, low glass  
  • 1 x Jigger

Method

Pour

In a glass, add the chutney, 50 ml Johnnie Walker Black and the Demerara Sugar Syrup. 

Ice

Then add two ice cubes.

Mix

Stir until ice is half melted. Add the rest of the ingredients. Add more ice and stir until mixed.
