The ultimate brunch cocktail, the world's favourite savoury drink, the Bloody Mary delivers a balance of sweet, salt, sour and umami flavours that is unlike any other.

  • Smirnoff No.21 Vodka
    Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, 1L
    1.5oz
  • Tomato Juice
    4oz
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
    1
  • Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
    3
  • Dashes of tabasco Sauce
    4
  • Celery stalk, pickle, lemon wheel or olives to garnish
    1
1.5 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Highball glass
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Bar Spoon

Method

Mix

Using a jigger, measure all ingredients and add to an ice-filled cocktail shaker.

Roll

Mix the ingredients between the two cocktail shakers, rolling them gently.

Strain

Strain into an ice-filled Highball glass.

Garnish

Garnish with a lemon wedge, celery stick and cherry tomato.
