  • Smirnoff No.21 Vodka
    1.5oz
  • Tomato Juice
    4oz
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
    1
  • Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
    3
  • Dashes of tabasco Sauce
    4
  • Celery stalk, pickle, lemon wheel or olives to garnish
  • Ice

1.5 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Highball glass
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Cocktail strainer

Method

Step 1

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the liquid ingredients

Step 2

Shake until the surface feels chilled

Step 3

Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice  

Step 4

Garnish to your preference - we recommend selecting from celery sticks, skewered green olives, pickles or a lemon wheel
