  • Dry vermouth

  • Lemon peel

3.1 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Martini or Coupe glass
  • Jigger
  • Mixing glass
  • Bar spoon
  • Strainer
  • Ice

Method

Ice

Using a jigger, measure out the gin and vermouth, and pour over the ice in an ice-filled mixing glass.

Pour

Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.

Garnish

Garnish with a lemon peel.
