French 21 Cocktail Recipe

- 0.25oz
- Lemon juice0.25oz
- Raspberry Liqueur0.25oz
- Sugar Syrup0.25oz
- Sparkling Wine dash0oz
- Lime Peel Spiral0oz
0.9 units of alcohol per serving
Method
Ice
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Pour
Using a jigger, measure 10ml vodka, 10ml lemon juice, 5ml raspberry liqueur and 5ml sugar syrup into the shaker.
Mix
Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled. Using a cocktail strainer, strain into a champagne flute. Top up the drink with sparkling wine.
Garnish
With a sharp knife and a chopping board, slice the peel off a lemon and twist it into the flute to garnish.
