El Diablo cocktail

What you’ll need

  • Don Julio Reposado Tequila
    1.5oz
  • Cassis liqueur
    0.5oz
  • Fresh lime juice
    0.5oz
  • Ginger beer
    3oz
  • Ice

2 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Highball glass
  • Jigger
  • Spoon
  • Bar spoon
  • Mixing glass

Method

Step 1

Using a jigger, measure all ingredients and add them to an ice-filled mixing glass.

Step 2

Gently stir together.

Step 3

Strain into an ice-filled Highball glass.  Garnish with your choice of garnish (we like a lime wheel and sprig of mint!).
