1.5oz
Fresh lemon juice
0.5oz
Sugar syrup
0.5oz
Cassis liqueur
0.75oz
Ice
Blackberries to garnish

2.2 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

Martini or coupe glass
Jigger
Mixing glass
Strainer
Spoon

Method

Pour

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Using a jigger, measure all ingredients except the Creme de Cassis - and add them to the shaker.

Mix

Shake vigorously until the base of the cocktail shaker is cold to touch.

Strain

Strain into a rocks glass. Drizzle the Creme de Cassis on top. Strain into a rocks glass. Drizzle the Creme de Cassis on top.

Garnish

Garnish with a few blackberries and enjoy!
