A unique cocktail combining Don Papa rum, pineapple juice, lemon juice, Aperol and triple sec, each sip will take you to sunnier climes.

  • Don Papa Rum
    1.5oz
  • Pineapple juice
    1.5oz
  • Lemon juice
    0.75oz
  • Aperol
    0.5oz
  • Triple Sec
    0.25oz
  • Ice
2.3 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Highball glass
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Cocktail shaker
  • 1 x Strainer

Method

Pour

Using a jigger, measure all ingredients and add them to an ice-filled shaker. Shake vigorously.

Strain

Strain into a highball glass with ice.

Serve

No garnish needed! Serve and enjoy.
