Baileys Salted Caramel Espresso Martini

What you’ll need

1.8 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Martini Glass
  • Strainer
  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Jigger

Method

STEP ONE

Drizzle some salted caramel sauce around the rim of the martini glass.

STEP TWO

Add your ice into your cocktail shaker.

STEP THREE

Add 50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream, 1-2 Shots of cold espresso, 15ml Salted Caramel Syrup.

STEP FOUR

Shake it and then stir it into your cocktail glass to serve
