Inspired by the Ward Eight, Streetside reimagines the classic through the flavours of Indian street culture. Built with Johnnie Walker Black Label, banana-mint saccharum, citrus, and smoke, the cocktail balances freshness, acidity, and warmth while turning familiar street-side flavours into a refined modern serve.

  • Johnnie Walker Black Label
    50ml
  • Banana Mint Saccharum
    15ml
  • Orange Juice
    10ml
  • Lemon Juice
    17.5ml

Method

  1. Step 1

    Add Johnnie Walker Black Label, banana mint saccharum, orange juice, and lemon juice into a shaker with ice.

  2. Step 2

    Shake well until chilled and balanced.

  3. Step 3

    Strain into a chilled glass.

  4. Step 4

    Garnish with banana crisp and mint gel.
