Martinez 2 Cocktail
The Martinez 2 cocktail - widely regarded as the original precursor to the martini cocktail, is a complex and aromatic drink methodically mixed with ice until frozen and strained ‘up’. Typically garnished with an orange twist or lemon peel, the drink provides a beautifully balanced, spirit-forward sip that is both elegant and easy.

Tips & Suggestions
Instead of just a few drops, pour aromatic bitters into an atomiser. Once the drink has been strained, spray a single, fine mist over the surface to create an evenly distributed aromatic coating.
Before twisting the orange peel, gently warm it up between your palms or over a lighter flame for 2-3 seconds to enhance natural oil release, resulting in a more potent aromatic expression.
FAQs
